the dully’s + ballard locks

this is a session that has been in the making since early summer i think. and we were rained out like 3 times! i think the only days it even rained this summer. but we got ourselves a nice morning at the ballard locks not too long ago. and we just kind of ran around and i hope marta is happy with what came of our time together. i hope it represents them. i am always on the pursuit to capture families being themselves and capturing the real and true moments. for this family it meant marta (mom) and lila (daughter) singing songs and clapping while the dad joined in too and it meant me exploring with lila in hopes to capture her being just her. and i think we did just that. enjoy!
